I’m not pregnant and have worn this bralette for many years. I think the style has been revised and now has the cup clips. I wear the one that doesn’t have the cup clips. It’s so comfortable. I find it supportive for my 12D breasts.
This bralette is perfect for at night. It’s so comfortable yet pretty so makes me feel that little bit nicer even when you’ve had a day of milk spills down your front!
I do use the bamboo breast pads with this bralette as I tend to leak a lot during the night. I loved the black one so much that I came back and purchased another colour.

To all my large busted girlies, this bra has been invaluable to me! I started my pregnancy journey at an E, I’ve grown much larger over the 40 weeks, and I know I’ll be supported as my breasts change into the ‘fourth trimester’. I bought the Heroine bra after my first pregnancy, and then treated myself to a bunch more for the second. It’s comfortable, supportive, functional, and pretty. 100% recommended!

Love it overall but found the fit of the band to be larger than the other 32 bands I've purchased. As well, based on pictures and colour name (shell), I was expecting an off-white/beige color. The tag on the actual bra calls it shell pink, which is more accurate. Cost of returning isn't worth it but would have considered it.
With the pull-over maternity style bralette there is no hook and eye fasteners to tighten if you are on the smaller side of the 32 band. Our Heroine Nursing Bralette has this option x

I didn’t read the description properly and so didn’t realise this did not have nursing clips. It is pretty but where it caters to such a big size range, at this point in my feeding journey, it comes up too big.

Love my new bralette! Comfy yet sexy. Probably should have sized up though as there is basically no flexibility in the waist band.
Bought a second one as i loved the first one. Great fit, good support and makes a nice shape.
It also fits through a variety of stages, i wore it during pregnancy and now nursing and it adjusts to your breast size wether they are full or empty, better than other Bras i have found.

Im a DD and was worried i might end up with something slightly too big. But i was pleasantly surprised, this D to G bralette fits and functions perfectly and looks very pretty.
This bra looks and fits brilliantly, and has space to adjust for boobs growing and changing. Washes well too, and sits nicely under clothes.
This is my absolute favourite bra. I’m a 10DD/E not pregnant/bfeeding and I was a 12FF/G during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Remarkably this bra (without underwire!) held up to the task. Truly no one was more surprised than me. I originally only bought it to sleep in as I didn’t think it would have any support but I love it so much and especially in those early days when everything is so uncomfortable, this was the best. I’ve just bought a second one in a smaller size now that I’m nearing the end of my breastfeeding journey and am almost back to my normal size. Love it. Oh and it’s super pretty.
I thought this was a feeding bra with the clip down bits but it's not. Still super comfy and able to be stretched down under the boob while feeding.
Hi Emily, yes the maternity bralette does not have nursing clips but can still be used for breastfeeding by pulling the cup to the side. We also have the Heroine Nursing bralette which has the nursing clips and hook and eye back closure x
Common Nursing Bra questions
We say as soon as you feel your bust is changing. This varies greatly for everybody, but you'll notice a change in how your bra is fitting and you don't want any digging in. Buy 2–3 to start — your size may shift slightly once your milk comes in. If you experience significant growth earlier in pregnancy, a soft wire-free maternity bra can bridge the gap like our My Necessity bras.
Yes — you can wear our flexiwire technology, athough we like to say not to wear them for the weeks around when you give birth and are most sensitive. At this time you don't want anything pressing on milk ducts, which can contribute to blockages. Most lactation experts suggest avoiding rigid underwire in the first 6 weeks while your supply is establishing. After that, a well-fitted flexiwire or soft underwire nursing bra is safe for most women. Try Temptation.

During pregnancy, we recommend to roughly go up one cup and one back size from your pre-pregnancy bra as a place to start. Often you'll get fuller again in the bust when the milk comes in at birth. Then at around 3 months they'll settle again.
A nursing bra makes breastfeeding significantly easier. Regular bras don't accommodate the daily size fluctuations as your breasts fill and empty, and accessing them for feeding is awkward — especially one-handed with a hungry baby. A nursing bra with a drop-down clip lets you feed quickly and comfortably without fully undressing.
We recommend at least 3 nursing bras — one to wear, one to wash, one spare. In the early weeks when leaking is common, a fourth is useful. Start with 2–3 before your baby arrives, then add more once your size has settled around 6–8 weeks postpartum.
